“Motivation is what gets you started.  Habit is what keeps you going.”

Three times as many people begin an exercise routine in January as in December...and many of them will not be back again after the start of February.  Committing to an exercise shows that an individual is motivated.   Now it becomes a habit once that exercise is continued for 6 months and longer.
