bootcampphotoThe Boot Camps last year were a lot of fun!  The ladies worked really hard!  My memory takes me back to one morning last year when it started to sprinkle half way through the workout and then began to get heavier by the end.  As the rain increased the ladies’ effort increased.  They pushed harder and harder as if to say, “Nothing will stop us.  Nothing will stand in my way of becoming a Fit Female!  I can do this!”  The ladies enjoyed working out together.  One lady said, I loved the workout it gave me with the feeling that I accomplished something great at the end of each day!” The group atmosphere gave the ladies encouragement and motivation to push hard when they would have normally stopped had they been on their own.  Each workout provided a variety of different exercises.  “Nicole was helpful and accommodating. If there was something I could not do, she was able to make a modification.  She pushed us without acting like a scary drill sergeant.” The exercises for the workouts are designed so that they can be made more or less challenging.  Each person trains to their own fitness level.  Most of the circuits were timed so you can challenge yourself with each workout and see yourself improve over the four weeks.  Most women saw their clothes fit better by the end of the month.  All of the woman increased in strength and endurance.  It gave a great start to their day, and they finished feeling better about themselves and their fitness level.  Like I always said at the end of each workout, “You can brag to your co-workers because you have already finished your workout for the day…while they were sleeping!”
